Irrigator Mantle Joint - IMJ

Our IMJ is the fusion of drip lines and thermofilm, generating an integrated irrigation system on the leaching heaps with superior characteristics compared to the conventional system. As it is an integral method, the IMJ simplifies the installation, benefiting the mineral recovery and avoiding the loss of water from the process.

Drip Lines

High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes enhanced with additives that provide UV protection with integrated turbulent flow drippers, specially designed for leaching.

Thermofilm

Formulated with 5 layers, mainly of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), Low Linear Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) and resins that provide the following benefits:

Designed to protect and maintain the temperature on the dripper pipes, reducing the level of clogging and maintaining the linearity of the installation throughout the irrigation cycle.
